If you find an identical item priced lower at a different online store, Aspen Lighting will match that price within 5 days after your purchase was made (price match includes shipping, handling & discounts). In order to qualify you must email the competitor's website address and your order number, name, and address to info@aspenlighting.com

Price Match Exclusions & Rules:
1. Additional discounts, promotions, and free shipping offers from Aspen Lighting cannot be used on price matched orders.
2. We must be notified before your order is placed or within 5 days after placing your order.
3. Merchandise must be offered by a reputable U.S. company.
4. The items that are price matched must be identical.
5. Proof of the competitor's shipping and handling fees must be provided.
6. We do not price match internet auctions or manufacturer/wholesale prices.
7. We do not price match items that are advertised as closeout, clearance or overstocked.
